Privacy policy

Effective from 15 October 2026

In short: no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no cookies. The game keeps your progress on your device. Our servers only receive what is needed to connect players and check for updates – mainly your IP address.

1. Controller

The data controller is Cyber Solutions, Wrocław, NIP: 8982205534 (“we”). Contact for anything related to your data: biuro@cybersolutions.pl.

Save data

Progress, settings and your chosen nickname are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. You can delete them by clearing the game’s data or uninstalling the game.

Multiplayer

To find and connect players, the game uses our lobby server and a relay server.

Legal basis: providing the service you use when you start an online game (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in keeping the servers secure, e.g. limiting abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)). The servers are located in the European Union.

Updates

Builds installed outside an app store check for a newer version at startup and download it when you ask. The update server sees your IP address and records it in standard web server logs. Store builds (e.g. Google Play) are updated by the store under its own terms.

What we don’t do

No accounts, logins, payments, ads, tracking or analytics. We do not sell or share data for marketing. We do no profiling and no automated decision-making.

4. Recipients

Data may be processed by providers acting on our behalf: website hosting (Cloudflare) and game server hosting. It may also be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to biuro@cybersolutions.pl. Keep in mind that most of the data exists on our side only briefly and cannot be linked to a specific person – in that case there is simply nothing for us to hand over or delete.

You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl) – or with the authority in your own EU country.

6. Children

The game does not ask for personal data. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Your nickname can be anything – we recommend not using your real full name.

7. Changes

If the way the game or website works changes, we will update this document and the date at the top.
